Jamie is very angry at the moment with the British weather. Jamie is a keen sun worshipper and there is nothing he likes more than sunbathing on a hot summer’s day. Unfortunately he has not been able to do that much this year and is looking extremely pale and pasty. He did however manage to get out for a bit the other day. As Jamie's head is one of the few man made objects visible from space he was picked up by Russian spy satellites. Jamie recently commissioned a local artist by the name of Neil Keller to produce a piece of artwork for him. Neil Keller is a very talented young artist from the Borehamwood area. Jamie’s only requirements were that he was wearing his favourite blue suit and also partaking in one of his many hobbies. You can see the excellent piece of work below.

Sloppy Joe's 27th Annual Hemingway Look-Alike Contest

Sloppy Joe's Bar in Key West, Florida hosted its 27th Annual Hemingway Look-Alike contest last weekend. The contest is one of many events in Key West to celebrate the birthday of Ernst Hemingway and honour his work as author and sportsman.

The competition started with the first preliminary round on Thursday, July 19th, second preliminary round on Friday, July 20th, and finals on Saturday, July 21st.

From each preliminary round finalists were chosen. This year’s competition saw over 130 Look-Alikes take the stage with twelve contestants from Thursday night and thirteen from Friday night going on to the final round.

Jamie was overjoyed to take away the first prize, he has always thought that he looked like Hemingway but know he is considering making this his full time career. He has signed up with Celebrity Lookalike agency, Mortlock Lookalikes, headed by the worlds best Ian Huntley & Jack Dee lookalike, Christopher Mortlock.

Jamie's Weekend

Jamie had a very eventful weekend. On Friday he met up with David Hasselhoff at the Angel and entered into a drinking competition. Jamie had no trouble defeating The Hoff after he went on a rampage through Muswell Hill after having a full half pint of fosters shandy. Some may say Jamie is a little irresponsible encouraging a recovering alcoholic to a drinking game, but we all know how hard it is to say no to The Hoff. Here is a photo of the two before the night got out of control.

The next morning when The Hoff awoke in Jamie's now burnt out flat The Hoff confessed to leaving a Pizza in the oven, which he had purchased the night before from Lidl, and this resulted in the massive fire which left over 700 people homeless. In an attempt to repay Jamie for this he offered him a part in the upcoming Baywatch movie and on Sunday Jamie flew to LA to pose for some photos for the press to publicise the widely anticipated blockbuster.
